In 2022, Securitas committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), which is a global initiative that helps companies set ambitious emissions reduction targets in line with the Paris Agreement. Securitas is the first global security company to commit to the SBTi.

Health & Safety: We are constantly making sure that our front-line staff is secure when conducting day-to-day activities. We are proud to report that in 2022 we succeeded in reducing the injury rate by 71%.

Learning & Development: Learning & Development has always been a foundational pillar of Securitas values as a company. In 2022, we are proud to report that we have trained our staff for over 21,500 hours. In line with our Learning & Development Policy, we offer effective professional development and career progression to all staff, enabling them to achieve continuous growth, further develop their capabilities, stretch them to new levels of competence, and help them reach their full potential.

Environment: Securitas measures and actively works to reduce CO2 emissions from mainly company owned and leased vehicles, but also other sources such as business travel.

• Electric Vehicles: all vehicles used at Securitas will be electric by 2030.

• Uniform Recycling: We commit to recycling all uniforms being used for our employees

• Green Uniforms: We will only use environmentally friendly uniforms. Eliminating unnecessary packaging and reducing the amount of packaging.

Ethical Conduct: Securitas uses an employee NPS score, which is a strong indicator of how we perform as an employer. We are delighted to report that 15% of management positions for 2022 have been filled by internal candidates, which showcases our commitment to upward social mobility.
