CoolPartner Spotlight - Fortus - CoolPartner 005

We have been working with the team at Fortus to Make Planet Earth Cool for the last year. It's been truly a pleasure working with them throughout the year. They joined our CoolPartner community as CoolPartner 005 and have been supporters of the Cloudforests mission from the very beginning.

Fortus is the largest privately owned, B2B security distribution company across Ireland and the UK within the key industry verticals of CCTV, Intruder, Access & Fire products. They are a €40 million business with over 20 years of experience in technology distribution with key brands supplied under distribution agreements. Their vision is to harness rapidly evolving technologies to allow them to contribute to an environment where people have maximum reassurance with minimum management. They have recently launched their Fortus Going Green initiative.

As part of this initiative, Fortus examined the key elements of our business and wider ecosystem to determine the ways in which they could minimise the negative economic, social and environmental impact of our company activities.

Our Going Green initiative requires balancing the interests of our internal and external stakeholders including staff, suppliers, customers, community and the relevant regulatory bodies.

As part of the Cloudforest CoolPartner community, Fortus planted trees for the planet on Cloudforest Three as part of their environmental and sustainability goals.
