Solar Clean Robotics

Solar Clean Robotics Ltd was set up by brothers Conor and Justin Mc Cormack in 2021. Conor has been running his award winning commercial cleaning Company Windows 2000 for the last 26 years, and in 2021 with the Solar O&M Industry the fastest growing service industry in the world, they saw a gap in the market for the supply and service of Solar Cleaning Equipment to the Solar O&M Industry.

In November 2021, they bought their first SolarCleano F1 robot, enabling them to provide a professional cleaning service and as their principal agent in Ireland and the UK, supply the market with SolarCleano Robots.

Solar Clean Robotics Ltd are also the principal agent in the UK and Ireland for ChemiTek Solar, who manufacture environmentally friendly and PH neutral solutions for the removal of soiling issues from Solar installations, as well as preventative solutions that seal the panels on installation to prevent the soiling on installations. ChemiTek is the only company in the world that has authorisation from 15 of the top Tier 1 solar manufactures to use their products on their panels without affecting the warranty.

Solar Clean Robotics supplies Lehmann's QLEEN and Lewi cleaning products, specially designed to clean solar, glass and cladding of buildings, and their mobile RO Pure water system, which can purify up to 300 litres of water per hour and also pump the water to the brush head or Robot, powering the rotating brush head. Solar Clean Robotics Ltd are the principal agents in the UK and Ireland for SolarCleano, ChemiTek Solar and Lehmann QLEEN and Lewi. Recently, Solar Clean Robotics Ltd worked with Tottenham Hotspur football club to provide them with a QLEEN system for cleaning the glass atrium on the roof of their new stadium.

The team at Solar Clean Robotics also manufacture their own trade marked product called Solar Draino, designed to use a capillary action to drain the stagnant water from low degree pitched panels, to keep the panels working at optimum output.

In their first year in business, Solar Clean Robotics won the best new innovative business in our local enterprise awards, and in their second year, they were shortlisted for best new innovative business at the Limerick Chamber awards.
