The Red Wood is Announced in Partnership with Shelbourne FC

On the 9th of December 2021, we launched the world’s first forest dedicated to a football club, in partnership with Shelbourne. I conjunction with this, Shelbourne joined our CoolPartner community as CoolPartner 020.
As part of the agreement, Cloudforests also became a front-of jersey sponsor for Shelbourne FC’s U17M and U19M National League teams.
Gift Trees Released On Shelbourne FC Website

As part of the Red Wood launch, Trees in The Red Wood were made available to gift to Shelbourne fans a week after the initial announcement.
All gift trees are protected for their lifetime, are planted to order and not part of an existing plantation and are a gift to the planet to help combat climate change.
The Location Of The Red Wood Announced As Carrigaholt, County Clare

In June 2022, it was announced that the Red Wood, created by Shelbourne FC, will be located in Carrigaholt, County Clare. This Forest is a new chapter in the illustrious history of Shelbourne.
The Red Wood will be located on Cloudforest Two in Carrigaholt, located on the Loop Head peninsula in County Clare. This is a beautiful part of the country & we are excited for the Shels fans to watch the forest grow. We currently have nearly 100 trees in our digital forest, which will be planted on the site during planting season later this year.
