Donabate Miyawaki

Anybody in Dublin today will know what the weather was like - It was literally raining cats and dogs 😸 🐶 🌧

But this did not deter the amazing Urban Forest crew and their merry band of volunteers from getting this incredible soil preparation completed at Donabate Community College.

We even had a visit from our incredible CoolPartners Usee.ie, in six months time we will return to this site and plant over five hundred native trees and shrubs using a methodology based on the workings or Akira Miyawaki.

Bravo to John Kiberd and Kim Lake and all our volunteer friends- another bit done for the planet. 🌳
